'Get bunked'

The team are pumped to be on the journey with this client. Richie loves custom timber work. This magnificent holiday home will become a custom rustic gem tucked away on property amongst the trees, with beautiful Alpine views.

Featured here are timber bunks and lining boards on the walls. Hessian ceiling with timber batons and carpet to come. Shout out to Lochy Mayhew who put a lot of effort into this room. 👌

They say you never get a second chance to make a first impression…Do you know what impression your holiday accommodation is giving?

Legends, Ian and Jill, manage the Lantern Appartments in Thredbo. They noticed their balconies were looking tired after more than 30 years of operation, and needed a refresh to keep up the luxury accommodation brand that they had worked hard to establish. Tiles had come loose and broken. The front façade had deteriorated. Not to mention a few surprise waterproofing problems the team discovered that was letting moisture into their building.

Richie and his team solved the waterproofing issue and injected fresh life into the external appearance of the commercial property with an upgrade to their balconies.
