Another project completed by Spectrum West on time, on budget and defect free! ✅ This unique fit out for Kingston Reid comprised of above industry standard acoustic walls to executive meeting rooms, with impeccable attention to detail. 👌🏽
Quality and a short time frame were the main driving factors for the client (whilst being carried out around the live occupied floors/building). It’s safe to say the quality of the workmanship is clearly evident from the end product. Great job team Spectrum!🙌🏼

The team at Spectrum West would love to share with you the successful delivery of a door package comprising of 365 doors for the new Hollywood Private Hospital Emergency Department for Georgiou Group.🙌🏼 All hardware items and acrovyn protection were fully profiled off-site, the acrovyn was also installed off site. A big thank you to all the Georgiou team, we are wrapped with the completion of this successful project! 👍🏼👍🏼

We are excited to share the completion of this project for CPB Contractors. 🎉
The uniqueness of this 4th floor fit out was the attention to detail on all elements of the works:
•Above industry standard acoustic walls
•Executive meeting rooms
•Feature ceiling to new reception entrance
•Stylish new kitchen and stonework tops
•Complete re-design of the workstations to increase seating capacity

We are proud to share the project was handed over defect free, on time, on budget and whilst the floor was occupied. Solid work Spectrum Team!👏🏼👏🏼

JOB COMPLETE ✅
Thanks to the Data Recovery Centre in Bassendean. One of the main challenges on this complex de-fit was the logistics, as the building was surrounded by existing working tenancies (with some tenants working 24 hours a day). Even still, this project was completed ahead of the 2-week programme and on budget! Go Team Spectrum!⚡️
