COVID-19 Announcement
The health and safety of our customers, staff and families is our priority in these times and we have implemented the following measures in response to COVID-19. We are continuing to trade as normal during these times continuing to offer our customers our personalised service.
New Sales Enquiries and Installation Visits
All our staff are equipped with hand sanitiser in all vehicles whilst on the road.
Phone and email communication between our customers will be offered as a preferred method of communication.
All quotes and installations can be completed with minimal to no contact between our staff and customers.
Service/Repair
Phone and email communication between our customers will be offered as a preferred method of communication should our customers wish to stay at home.
Service/Repair work can be completed with minimal to no contact between staff and customers.
If you have recently returned from overseas, you are to self-isolate for 14 days as per the Australian Government directive. If you have been in contact with someone that has Coronavirus, or are feeling unwell, we ask that you notify us prior to our attendance so we can postpone our attendance and reschedule to a later date.
Upon booking of any attendance, a text message will be sent, prior to attendance onsite with the latest up to date information and advising of any additional measures to be taken place.
If we can all work together to get through this tough time for everyone, we can continue to assist our customers and future customers once things return back to normal in the future.
