Dylon joined the team in January 2026 as a Raisebore Offsider and through his hard work, commitment and determination, has earned a promotion to Trainee Raisebore Driller in just six months.

This achievement is particularly significant as Dylon becomes the first employee in our company to progress into a Trainee Raisebore Driller role, marking an exciting milestone for both him and our business.
