THE ROLE
Based in our West Kalgoorlie workshop.
Field service and breakdown response when required.
Maintenance and repair of our fleet as well as providing mechanical support to our clients.

Spent some time this week clearing regrowth from a powerline corridor south of Widgiemooltha. 12kms done in a little over three days. The Caterpillar 285XE is a weapon of a machine. The best part? Not being physically broken at the end of each day 😅 That is a comfortable cab👌

There’s skid steers and CTLs and then there’s this…the Cat 285XE. We picked up the first one in WA on Friday and I spent some time taking the paint off the buckets in a sand pit yesterday.

Yes, it’s huge. Yes, it’s awesome.

We have a need for an experienced excavator operator to join our team for local work.
The ideal candidate would have spent time in 15-tonne excavators, doing detailed work. Experience in any size up to 30 tonners is good. I'm not talking about loading dump trucks or breaking rocks.

👉Minesite access requirements apply - medical, drug screen, police clearance, daily breathalyser. And you must be CLEAN SHAVEN (on the face).
👉Monday to Friday day shift only roster (Saturdays too if you want it), on a 3-6 month job 5 minutes from town which *will run through Christmas*. 12-hour days.
👉Full-time employment and ongoing work when this job finishes.
👉The job is production work and takes some skill😎, so willing and experienced operators only need apply. Must be reliable and able to work unsupervised.
👉Forklift ticket would be an advantage but not necessary.

💰$55.00 per hour, full time.
