We specialise in supplying production excavator and shovel operators across all major equipment classes, including:

100–200-ton production excavator operators with expertise in satellite pits, restricted access environments, narrow ore bodies, and hard rock applications

200–400-ton excavator operators supporting large gold, lithium, and smaller iron ore operations

400–600-ton production excavator and shovel operators for major iron ore, gold, nickel, and lithium operations

600–1,400-ton production excavator and face shovel operators for large-scale, high-output mining operations

In addition, MESA provides highly skilled production and civil operators across key equipment categories, including dozers, graders, and loaders. Our training division is underpinned by deep industry knowledge and operational experience, with a strong focus on developing high-performance production operators and elite final trim specialists.
