Here’s a couple jobs that we’ve recently pushed out the door 👇🏽

12x7 flattop trailer. 3.5t rated with twin electric brakes, 50mm square axles on 4t rated R&R suspension. Fold down gates and in-floor tie down points with a custom made ally toolbox on the drawbar.

New tray on an Isuzu Extra Cab Ute. Undertray toolboxes & water tank. In-floor tie down points. Finished in a hard wearing satin black powdercoat. Come up pretty nice we reckon!

It’s been a busy few months in the workshop with roller season in full swing.

This set has got the lot!
Made up of 3 rollers, each one 4m wide and 1.2m high with 30mm thick barrel. 40mm x 20mm ribs (fully welded).
The front main roller has Hyd folding outriggers which can be folded with the rear rollers still hooked up 👌🏼

Each roller features a full frame around the barrel, allowing multiple units to be connected in a line for narrow transport.

A late comb trailer was the very last job out the door before Xmas, 40ft to suit Macdon front. Got a busy start to next year with 2 x 12m lengths of pipe rolling in to turn into two sets of triple rollers.

Dark grey rangers seem to be the pick lately. Another tray with removable canopy out the door.
Steel tray with Undertray toolboxes & 75L diesel tank mounted under the tray.

Removable aluminium canopy with 2 x lift up lockable doors.

All powdercoated in a very neat Matt black finish. 👌👌👌

Tray & Canopy combo that rolled out the door recently. It’s come up a treat with two tone powdercoat. 👌👌

On top of the standard tray it had a few extras including Undertray toolboxes, in floor tiedowns, Undertray water tank, removable 2 door canopy with divider for a dog box.
