Big things are happening at Rosewood St. Brigid’s Church ⛪✨

Last time we shared this beautiful heritage-listed building, we were flooded with questions — so here’s the update you’ve been waiting for 👇

After years of slowly leaning, the church was sadly deemed unsafe back in 2020. But this isn’t the end of its story…

We’re giving it a new beginning 💪
Our team is carefully moving the entire church to safer ground and restumping it — all with the goal of restoring it so it can once again be used for its original purpose.

This is no small feat. It’s a massive, complex, and physically demanding project — and we couldn’t be prouder of the crew taking it on. Hats off to the team for stepping up to such a mammoth challenge 👏

We can’t wait to see this incredible piece of history brought back to life!

We passed the final inspection on our Boronia Heights granny flat today! Handover complete ✅

We are very close to having all of the walls stood up at our Pine Mountain new home build!

Our auxiliary dwelling (aka granny flat) out at Boronia Heights is nearing the finish line! The driveway, turf and fence are all complete, and the exterior even received a lick of paint, how great does that green look!? The interior fit out is on the go as we speak, and electrical and plumbing are booked in before hand over in the next few weeks!

Our Pine Mountain new home build looks a bit different than our last few slab-on-ground jobs. This one is growing out of the ground with 54 posts and footings all concreted in at the end of last week! The last photo is our timber arriving for the floor. The only way is up!

We interrupted the cabinet makers hard at work on this rainy Friday, installing the kitchen, pantry and entertainment unit at our East Ipswich extension. With only some painting touch ups, electrical and plumbing to go, this job is on the home stretch!

Progress on our auxiliary dwelling in Boronia Heights is coming along at a great pace! Since the last update, we’ve gained a slab, walls and even a roof, all in under a month!
