Machining is where experience and accuracy come together.

From setting up the job through to producing the final dimensions, each stage relies on someone who understands the equipment, the component and what the finished result needs to achieve.

Our in-house machining team supports new fabrication, component repair and refurbishment, helping return equipment to service without sending each stage of work between different providers.

It's the result of years of investment in facilities, equipment, systems and people, all working together to support project delivery.

Today BEZ Group operates from purpose-built facilities that include fabrication, machining and protective coatings capability, supported by a 10,000m² laydown yard and specialised equipment designed to handle a broad range of project requirements.

Every investment we've made has had the same purpose, strengthening our ability to deliver for our clients and ensuring we continue building capability here in the Pilbara.

One of the biggest challenges on any project isn't necessarily the work itself, it's managing the number of moving parts involved in delivering it successfully.

Engineering, fabrication, machining and protective coatings have traditionally been treated as separate scopes managed by separate contractors. While that approach can work, it often creates additional interfaces, communication challenges and unnecessary complexity.

BEZ Group was created to bring those capabilities together.

By combining engineering, fabrication, machining and protective coatings under one coordinated group, we're able to provide greater visibility across projects, improve communication and maintain stronger control throughout delivery.
