composite decking and boxspan decking both making this huge project easy and efficient.
The portal frame was supplied by our friends JBMR engineering.

Leaks in the apartments below... attempts in the past didnt work, so in we come.
Rendering the exterior and reparing the cement cap. Followed by an undercoat and 2 coats of acratex acrashield should do the job.
Also this is 3 stories in the air 😅
