Proud to showcase the scope of works delivered on one of our projects with Richard Crookes Constructions
From early site establishment through to final pavement works, our team was trusted to deliver a complex, large-scale civil package safely, efficiently, and in line with program requirements.
Project scope included:
▪️ Site preparation & sediment control – 200,000 sqm
▪️ Dam remediation works
▪️ Bulk earthworks – 100,000 m³ of fill & 45,000 m³ of cut
▪️ Fire tunnel excavation & backfill – 300 lm
▪️ Sandstone import for building pads – 35,000 tonnes
▪️ Stormwater, drainage & rainwater tank works – 3,600 lm of stormwater lines
▪️ Pavement preparation works:
• 200,000 m² total site
• 100,000 m² warehouse pad
▪️ Car park pavement works – 15,000 m²
▪️ Cul-de-sac & external roadworks – 4,000 m²
▪️ Kerb & gutter – 3,100 lm
▪️ Crossovers – 340 m²
▪️ Keystone retaining walls
