Happy New Year All! Hope everyone enjoyed their Xmas and New Year Break! Welcome to 2016!

It has been brought to my attention in a recent Newspaper Article the popularity of buying Bespoke Kitchens and Flat Pack Furniture. These days a large majority of people succumb to this "innovative and "affordable" style which is cleverly advertised as an easy DIY renovation project with a low budget. Sounds like an easy alternative... Yes!! BUT Do yourself a favor and consider the following points in which they DON'T advertise and are VERY common in most purchases:

> The obvious disadvantage people would argue is the DIFFICULTY IN PUTTING THE KITCHENS/FURNITURE TOGETHER which is not only time consuming but also coupled with problematic instructions.
> POOR QUALITY AND LOW DURABILITY mostly made from man-made MDF board. (and usually not Australian Made) -it won't last long!
>SIMPLISTIC AND TACKY/CHEAP DESIGN therefore lacking style and originality.
>HIDDEN COSTS......cupboards aren't level?...Draws aren't closing?...It's not fitting into the desired area?....there are huge gaps between fixtures?... swelling of board due to contact with water?.... cupboards are sinking?.... handles aren't aligned?...plumbing fixtures don't fit....Who's going to fix it? $$$$
