Head of Client Experience: full-time, owning the journey from first enquiry through to handover and beyond, so every client feels looked after and experiences the white glove service we’re known for at every step.⁠

Digital Marketing Manager: part-time, shaping how Craig Linke shows up on a range of digital channels, and helping the right people find us.⁠

𝟏𝟎 π’šπ’†π’‚π’“π’” 𝒐𝒇 π‘±π’‚π’Œπ’† ~ A decade ago our General Manager Jake Devlin, a carpenter and concreter by trade, walked through our doors - and we knew right away he was a keeper! Fast forward through some of our most complex builds, growing with the company, and becoming a business partner in 2021, and we’re excited to be celebrating ten years of Jake at Craig Linke!

Jake brings his expertise to every Craig Linke project - he’s the kind of guy who gets into the numbers just as much as the nuts and bolts on site, and his attention to detail is next level.⁠ But it’s not all spreadsheets and site visits. Jake brings the laughs and the energy to the team, and if there’s music playing, chances are he’s out there busting his signature move.... yep, the worm. πŸ•Ίβ

He and Craig work (and play) so closely together that people often genuinely think they’re brothers (or occasionally father and son...but that’s another story!). ⁠

It was great to pause last week for celebratory cake to mark 10 years of Jake at Craig Linke.

π‘π„π‚π„ππ“π‹π˜ π‚πŽπŒππ‹π„π“π„πƒ | π‘Ίπ’–π’Žπ’Žπ’†π’“π’…π’‚π’›π’† ~ Designed as a series of connected spaces for gathering, entertaining and retreat, π‘Ίπ’–π’Žπ’Žπ’†π’“π’…π’‚π’›π’† is anchored by a striking 40-year-old dragon tree that defines its surrounds. The landscape unfolds through layered terracing, with architectural concrete steps and lush plantings connecting each zone.⁠
⁠
The outdoor kitchen incorporates an integrated pizza oven and BBQ housed within a sculptural curved concrete bench, flowing into an alfresco dining and lounge area beneath an automated louvred roof system. Beyond, the nine metre lap pool and spa connect seamlessly to a self-contained pool house, complete with bathroom and laundry amenities.⁠
⁠
Grounded in considered details that speak to both form and function, this is a space that will be enjoyed for many years to come!⁠

On Saturday night we were honoured to be awarded Kitchen Design of the Year at the HIA Australian Housing Awards for our much-loved 𝑳𝒆 π‘±π’‚π’“π’…π’Šπ’ project!

National recognition not only for our building work, but now also for our design work, is extremely meaningful to our team, and a reflection of the level of work our interior design studio delivers.⁠

Carried from early ideas through to ex*****on with care by our team, 𝑳𝒆 π‘±π’‚π’“π’…π’Šπ’ brings together a layered, textural palette and a series of considered, softened forms, designed to be lived in and celebrated within.⁠

Congratulations to Lead Interior Designer, Charlotte Standish, for conceiving this beautiful space, and to our building team for crafting this design with precision.

Completed for a very special moment in our clients’ lives, it’s a project we feel grateful to have been entrusted with. We’re very thankful to see it acknowledged on the national stage, recognised alongside leading projects across the country.⁠
