A little help on a fence rectification job

Dave & Karen Lonsdale gave us a call to see if we could help rectify there fence

After cutting the old gate hinges off and repositioning them rewelding them on at the correct height we got the gates swinging at the right heights again

And also welded in a small fence panel that was too tight to be screwed in to finish it all off

Long , low , loud and in your face 😎
Just how we like our trucks

Added some depth to this factory kenworth bar to give it a better stance and enhancing the staunch factor!

Added 50mm strip to the bottom of the bar matching the original radius of the bar with a hidden mudflap and swing plate mount

Added a 30mm strip to the top of the bar under the headlights matching the curves of the bonnet

Folded up a swing plate and added mudflaps aswell

Then gave it a full 4 stage sand and 3 stage polish to make it all pop ✨⭐️🔥

The box trailer refurbishment that snowballed ❄️☃️

We were asked to freshen up this 8x5 box trailer after it had extensive rust in the floor and sides

Removed all the old floor and sides in preparation to fit new sides and floor then discovered rust in critical points in the subframe right above the spring hangers a call to the client to inform them of the best course of action to replace the subframe to ensure the best possible strength

New subframe fabricated followed by the new sides and floor being installed only reusing the original draw bar axles and guards to cut costs down for the client

All new rope rails installed , new guard steps & new tail light mounts

JTA haulage and contracting now overs

Truck & dog haulage hire of any material type from crusher dust for your concrete needs to large rocks for your soil stabilisation such as river banks with the ability to carry from as little as 12 ton right through to 37 ton for the larger quantities wherever you need it delivered.

Welding & fabrication of any kind such as aluminium, mild steel , stainless steel whether it be a small repair job to keep you running or a large one of piece we have you covered no matter your needs.

We also now offer aluminium metal polishing
Such as bullbars , bumper bars wheels & tanks or any other aluminium piece you’d like to restore to its former glory.

Westerman haulage and earthmoving of kempsey asked us to modify there side tipper trailer to make the centre tarp support wall removable when switching between doing oversized rock and gravel products after seeing one we’d previously completed

Using heavy duty steel sections that will withstand the hard environment these trucks work in daily

We also added a hoop at the front of the trailer so that the hydraulic hoses can be secured up of the chassis to avoid anything being caught and damaged when the prime mover and trailer articulate
