To our valued customers we would like to inform you that our office will be closed Thursday 3rd November and back open Friday 4th November.

Due to the Stage 4 restrictions in regards to COVID 19 unfortunately as of 5pm Friday 12th February, we will be shutting our office & display homes to the public until Thursday 18th February.
For now all building and manufacturing will continue to be carried out as scheduled with the appropriate measures for COVID 19 taken into account.
Please feel free to contact the office however correspondence by email would be preferred as the office may be unstaffed periodically.

Neatline Homes P/L are currently looking for a store person to join our team.
The role is full time Monday-Friday 7:30- 4:00
Some Saturday mornings may be required during busy periods.

About you
We want someone who has:
• experience working with Computers
• hands-on attitude
• good team attitude
• good communication skills
• the ability to efficiently manage Schedules
• a valid Forklift License
• current manual Drivers Licence
• Building knowledge (not essential but would be an advantage)

The role
You will be responsible for:
• Orders of materials
• Communicating with suppliers & trades
• Quantity calculations
• Stock Orders
• Physical yard duties
• Receiving Materials
• Inventory control
• Ensuring trades have required materials in a timely manner
• Ensuring all warehouse duties are carried out quickly, safely and efficiently

Future duties:
• Scheduling of trades
• Organising site works

Shepparton based Modular Building Company are currently seeking an Enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our team in a Sales/Administration Role. To be considered you must demonstrate the following:
• High level of Customer Service and ability to build relationships with people on all levels.
• New homes sales experience an advantage, but not essential
• Excellent Self Presentation
• Exceptional Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Friendly and Approachable Nature
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Time Management Skills
• Attention to Detail
• Willing to learn the process of initial contact, through to completion of the project and ongoing customer service
• Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel, MYOB experience and advantage but not essential
