How clean is your air conditioning system? 🤔

This filter from a job in Erina is a solid contender and current front runner for 'worst' filter of the year! 🫣

The filter was so blocked the fan literally tore a hole through it to allow airflow. 😱

This puts extreme stress on the fan motor increasing running costs, shortening the life of the motor and reducing the capacity of the unit. Meaning the unit needs to run longer, is really inefficient and costs more!

When was the last time you had your A/C serviced?

The site foreman at Davistown on Thursday clearly appreciated my sense of humour! 🐕 😂

We upgraded from a living room split system to a full Daikin Australia ducted system throughout the house.
Paired with Airtouch 5 to allow individual temperature control in every room.👌🏻

We mixed it up yesterday from our usual installations, and installed a sub floor ventilation system to help with moisture issues at this hillside property in Umina.

Clearly the moisture was not a problem for these beautiful specimens - Leaf tail geckos.🦎

Thought we would finish off the year with this beauty. 😍🦎

Today’s surprise when opening up a unit at Bateau Bay was this beautiful Blue Tongue. She was looking like she is just about ready to pop too!

The entire base of the unit had rusted out which had provided an easy access hole for the Blue Tongue. The hole caused the fan bracket to drop and seize the fan motor.

A temporary bracket was fabricated for the fan and the bottom of the unit sealed to prevent any accidental lizard deaths. Hopefully living happily ever after 👍🏻☺️
