In an exciting announcement, KLMSA is integrating with SHAPE Australia, marking a significant milestone in our journey together!

We were acquired by SHAPE two years ago, as part of an initiative to accelerate and expand its modular construction service offering. Having continued to operate in collaboration with SHAPE since the acquisition, we are thrilled to now operate under the SHAPE brand.

This integration will provide us with the opportunity to take our business to the next level and presents exciting opportunities for our people, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

No, this is not an architect's studio. It's our latest instalment at Bacchus Marsh Grammar - Maddingley campus, a large college serving Western Melbourne and rural areas offering education from ELC to Year 12.

Lloyd has landed!

Delivery Day yesterday at Lloyd Reserve, Sunshine North for Brimbank City Council We are installing a new sports pavilion for the local soccer and cricket clubs, part of a $12M project to upgrade this recreational area. This building will feature environmentally sustainable attributes meeting council requirements, while adhering to the architectural design conceptualised by Katz Architecture that we have modularised without departing from the visually pleasing aesthetics of the original design.

Last Friday 'Ngarrwa' — a two-storey Year 11/12 Hub — at Geelong Lutheran College, Armstrong Creek was officially opened. Congratulations to everyone on the KLMSA team for completing this project on time and to the client's satisfaction. We are thrilled at the response for this completed project and wish students and staff a fantastic year ahead in the new facility.

to one of our favourite projects that took us to Meredith, about 100km from Melbourne's CBD.

Garema-Dumont is the 56-acre outdoor and environmental education facility for Caroline Chisholm Catholic College located in a native bushland setting on the Moorabool River near Steiglitz in the Brisbane Ranges. The facility provides enriching opportunities for students and promotes minimal impact practices producing renewable energy via wind and solar power as well as a respecting the home of various Australian wildlife such as koalas, sugar gliders, echidnas and kangaroos.

With these factors in mind, modular construction was the perfect solution for the upgrade of staff accommodation and the addition of a dining hall, kitchen, bunkhouses, and amenities. The buildings were manufactured with a BAL40 rating to accommodate the bushfire prone area as well as energy efficient electrical fittings to allow for the minimal power draw available.

Most of the work was completed at our Kinglake facility with only fit-off completed on site in Meredith. Our team prepared the site in conjunction with construction, saving time as well as keeping site disruption and damage to flora and fauna to a minimum.

Another sporting pavilion KLMSA are proud to have built will cater to students at Wallan Secondary College and is the new home for the Wallan Magpies Junior Football and Netball Club and Wallan
Kookaburras District Cricket Club. This facility will give clubs the opportunity to increase participation, particularly for young girls and women, in the rapidly growing region of Mitchell Shire Council.

Ros Spence MP Minister for Community Sport and Mitchell Shire Council Mayor, Fiona Stevens were present for the opening of the pavilion on 13 September 2023.
