Stage 1 of our Auburn McDonald’s project is officially complete! This one was a challenge—with over 15 different slab heights, access ramps, and driveways all poured in stunning CCS Onyx 44 colour.

Our team handled steel reinforcement and concrete placement for the suspended slab, delivering a flawless finish. The results? Absolutely top-notch, and we couldn’t be happier!

🛠️ Excited to share our Yowie Bay project!

Using 8m3 of Architectural Grey from the Geostone range, we created a stunning pool surround featuring:
- 24 meters of cantilevered pool edge coping
- A burnished finished retaining wall

Everything was meticulously finished with a burnished concrete look and sealed with a non-slip sealer for safety and elegance. ✨

We’re thrilled to share our significant contribution to the Gosford Regional Library project:
 
1. Level 3 Suspended Slab: Ocon Concrete Group completed the massive level 3 suspended slab, covering approximately 1300m² and requiring around 500m³ of concrete.
2. Feature Wall: We also constructed a feature wall with a burnished finish, adding an aesthetic highlight to the project.
3. Team Effort: Our dedicated team of 24 concreters worked tirelessly to tackle this sizeable slab, delivering exceptional results.

🚧 Epic Driveway Project in Concord West! 🚧
 
We tackled this massive driveway project for a client in Concord West. Here’s what we accomplished:
- Cut back existing retaining walls
- Removed approximately 80t of spoil and 38t of pavers
- Installed 14 meters of retaining walls with concrete sleepers and 6 meters of concrete wall with hob
- Added 19 meters of galvanised strip drains
- Poured 28 cubic meters of
 CCS Elephant coloured concrete  with a broom cove pattern

✨ We’re thrilled to share our ongoing work at the Castle Hill Compliance project for Sydney Water:

1. HV Switch Room Building - Ocon Concrete Group completed a comprehensive form, reo, and pour package for the trench base, trench walls, ground slab, and suspended bondek slab.
2. LV2000 Switch Room Extension - Similar to the HV building, we completed the trench base, trench walls, ground slab, and suspended bondek slab for the LV2000 switch room extension.
3. LV7000 Switch Room Building - Renovation of the existing building, including the installation of a trench base, walls, and stair access.

Ocon Concrete Group has successfully completed the ground floor slab for our project at Gosford Library, in collaboration with .
 
Our team placed and finished over 100m3 of concrete for this 800m2 ground slab, achieving a stunning burnished machine finish. The dedication and hard work of our crew paid off as they wrapped up at 9pm. Half of the floor will be polished concrete— we can’t wait to see the final result! 🛠️✨

We’re proud to announce our recent work at Hunters Hill High School, enhancing accessibility and infrastructure:

1. Lift Shafts Construction: Ocon Concrete Group completed two new lift shafts up to level 2 to improve wheelchair access. The scope of work included all form, reo, and pour for the lift pit, lift pit walls, suspended infill slabs, and bondek roof slabs.
2. Blockwork and Corefill: In addition to the concrete work, we completed blockwork and core fill for structural integrity.
3. Face Brickwork: We finished the project with high-quality face brickwork to match the existing aesthetic of the school.
