Kicking off our newest centre in the inner west suburb of Burwood - underground basement with two floors of childcare space. Will be in keeping with the federation brick feel of the area and streetscape!

We can’t wait to showcase this project to all of you 👌

Project handover for our repeat client Affinity Education - CCS refurbished the centre over a number of stages working with key staff and operations to ensure a smooth flow and minimal effect on the centre operations - the works included an updated facade, roof and all 1st floor outdoor play spaces over 3 stages. We’re sure they’ll enjoy there updates learning and play spaces 🤗

Keep a lookout for updated Building Code of Australia requirements for Early Childcare Centres, Most notably revised fire protection services depending on the number of storeys. The designer has to consider these BCA updates during the project's feasibility and concept design phase of your design. CCS have encountered some designs and consultants that were not across the changes, so make sure to employ a reputable project manager and design team from the onset.
