Here's another little job we did for my mates lovely mother in Carrs Park this week. We organised the rotten timber architraves to be replaced 1st. She's a good old Aussie Pensioner and got our 20% Discount, plus any little extras we could add in for free. Pam brought up a policeman, and a fireman in this home. "A good good old bird" I say.

Jan & I did this job for our new neighbour downstairs yesterday. 3 coats on newly installed doors. She's so lovely and lives with, and looks after her 94 year old mother. Good, Greek Ozzie's. I'm so happy she bought into our building and renovated. We always do extras for her and ofcourse give her a "20% Pensioners Discount."
