The recent rain may have delayed some outdoor work on our Doyle House project, however by shifting our focus indoors, DJ Stuart Constructions continues to make significant progress inside this distinguished building.

The architect’s vision is beginning to take shape with the ongoing installation of walls, including internal and external rendering, plasterboard ceilings with period cornice, suspended grid ceilings over work spaces and electrical infrastructure.

When the weather has allowed for it, the boys have managed to erect the structural steel and have installed the floor joists for the second floor extension. The lift shaft and secure store have also been completed.

We look forward to sharing more photos with you as this unique restoration/build continues to evolve.

Today marks a significant milestone for DJ Stuart Constructions, as we celebrate 5 years of trading across the Northern Rivers 🎉

During this time, we have endeavoured to deliver exceptional quality and trusted craftsmanship across both commercial and residential building sectors.

We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to our highly skilled team, consisting of Dan, Gavin, Andy, Ryan, Charlie, Miles and Janelle, as well as our partners and subcontractors.

At DJ Stuart Constructions, we strike the perfect balance; we are experienced enough to deliver complex, large scale projects with confidence, yet small enough to give every job, no matter the size, our full personal attention.

For this recent project our clients chose to undertake a full kitchen and butler’s pantry renovation, including the careful removal of existing walls.

This transformation has opened the space completely, creating a bright, airy, open plan heart that now serves as the central hub of the home.

Whilst the front section of this building is currently undergoing refurbishment, the rear section has been demolished to accommodate a significant extension.
