When crop builds up or feeds unevenly, keeping the header running at a consistent pace becomes harder.

Cross augers help manage how crop moves through the header, and the ability to adjust their position and angle gives operators more control over the feeding setup.

Earnshaw Cross Augers are designed to help manage bunching, overloading and blockages. Their adjustable positioning and angle calibration, supported by a variable-speed flow divider, allow the system to be calibrated to the belt ratio.

When assessing your setup, consider:

Crop flow: Is material feeding through the header consistently?
Adjustment: Can the auger position be suited to the operating setup?
Calibration: Is the system configured correctly for the belt ratio?

Another pre harvest modification done & dusted. 🌾This time we fabricated a new linkage to allow the top auger on this chaser bin to fold down below the headboard.

As well as all new stainless steel hinges on the clean out doors and installing a singular arm to open & close all the doors to make cleaning out the bin a dream 👌🏽

Two Ajust-a-Bars, one each side of the country, both ready to go.

One in WA, one in the Eastern States. Whichever side you’re on, there’s a unit close enough to get to you without a long haul or a long wait.

Both are finished and sitting in stock, which means no build slot and no lead time. That’s the part worth paying attention to right now, because there isn’t much runway left before harvest and anything ordered from scratch won’t make it.

The Ajust-a-Bar handles stubble management, soil levelling and w**d control in the one pass, so you’re not going back over the same paddock twice to get it right.

Need a loading ramp sorted before the next muster? There's one sitting in the yard at Lake Grace right now.

Six metres long, gates on the entry, and a 600mm walkway with a handrail down the right-hand side, so you're not scrambling alongside the race trying to keep up with the mob.

Normally you'd be waiting on a build slot for this. Not this one. It's finished and it can go out the door as soon as you want it.

There's only the one, so it'll come down to who calls first.
