We are absolutely thrilled to announce the completion of another beautiful secondary dwelling, this time set against the picturesque, panoramic backdrop of Woodford.

This build was all about space and lifestyle. Featuring a versatile layout—either two roomy bedrooms or a master plus a dedicated home office—it’s designed for comfort. The heart of the home is a massive open-plan living and dining area that flows into a full-size family kitchen, perfect for cooking up a storm. 🍳

We are absolutely thrilled for our clients, Jess and Kim! We’ve just wrapped up this stunning build in Petrie, and we couldn't be prouder to see them take delivery of their brand-new home.

While we are known for our premium modular builds, this beautiful home was actually a Build On-Site project. For properties within 50km of our Lawnton office and factory, this is a fantastic option where we bring all the speed and precision of our modular processes directly to your backyard, building just like a traditional builder.

Hoek Modular Homes is currently delivering a three-house project designed specifically for high-quality worker accommodation for a large cattle station. By building these homes in our Brisbane facility, we were able to leverage capital city trade and material efficiencies—passing those benefits directly to our clients—before transporting the engineered modules to their final destination.

Exciting milestones today at our latest project in Lawnton. We’ve officially stood the frames! This is a "build on site" project on a slab. YES, we do slabs!!

There is something special about seeing a home take shape, especially when it’s being built by our very own team. At Hoek Modular Homes, one of our distinct advantages is our in-house expertise. Our own talented carpenters stood this frame, supported by our dedicated factory crew who build our kitchens inhouse and our skilled welders who handle all the structural steel.

We are thrilled to showcase our latest completion—a stunning secondary dwelling perched high in Silkstone, near Ipswich.

This project was all about smart engineering and working with the land. Built in the backyard of an existing home, we navigated significant site easements and integrated the build with existing retaining walls that the clients wished to keep. By elevating the home high above the ground, we didn’t just capture those incredible views; we also provided the owners with flexible options for the future.

Today, we officially handed over a stunning Class 1a site-built home in the heart of the Redcliffe Peninsula. With the sea breeze and that iconic coastal lifestyle right on the doorstep, it’s the perfect spot for this new chapter to begin.

A Story Decades in the Making
This build is incredibly special to us. Years ago—back when we were known as Hoek Homes—Kathy and her late husband built a home with the Hoek family.

Kathy still remembers our owner, Dean, when he was just starting out "on the tools," working the excavation machinery and getting stuck into the plumbing. It’s an honor that after all these years, Kathy chose us to bring her latest vision to life.

Introducing the ‘Kiddy House’ 🏠
Affectionately dubbed the ‘Kiddy House’ by Kathy, this two-bedroom home was built for her daughter, her daughter’s partner, and her grandchild. Inside, the home feels incredibly spacious and modern, featuring beautiful raked ceilings that catch the light and the coastal breeze.
