We are seeking an experienced Site Project Manager for our Leeton, NSW site, with a strong background in civil and construction projects. Our work focuses on earthmoving operations, and the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with machinery operations and experience with setting up GPS machinery on work sites.

You will be responsible for coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. This role is suited to a practical, hands-on leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee several civil or construction sites simultaneously
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site processes & industry standards
• Demonstrated ability to read & interpret engineering drawings & technical specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication & organisational skills
• Strong commitment to workplace health & safety
• Proficiency in site reporting systems & basic project management tools
