I would argue that a freshly poured slab is one of, if not the most exciting part of building for a home owner. There is something awe-inspiring about it.

The countless number of emails, calls, texts, documents, applications, meetings all leading up to this point.

and yes, that is a 6 car garage... 3 wide x 2 deep.

I took a bunch of facade assets for multiple sets of plans and crammed them all together to create a new Scandi x Modern facade concept for my new Eastwood duplex.

This couple is "downsizing but not downgrading" so along with the high end finishes, Vogue Homes will be doing the front rendered retaining walls/planter boxes and tiled concrete steps to the porch.

I had a meeting this morning and was provided a contour survey our clients had done on the property....They were having some troubles understanding it as it just looks like lines on a page.

So... I edited up a 2D side on view during our meeting to show them and added where I think they should step to the ground floor to minimize the site costs.

We then discussed impacts if we don't have steps and the councils requirements.
