What an incredible project to hand over to some fantastic clients.

From day one, this build was all about creating a home that suited the block, complemented the surrounding landscape, and delivered a high-quality finish throughout. The combination of the feature brickwork, dark cladding, polished concrete floors, custom cabinetry, soaring ceilings, and the detached shed has come together beautifully.

We’re almost there!

Certificate of Occupancy has now been achieved, with just a few final touches to complete tomorrow before handover on Wednesday.

This has been a fantastic project from start to finish and the end result has exceeded expectations. The scope of works included construction of the home, shed, driveway and paths, while working closely alongside the landscaper to ensure the entire property came together seamlessly.

The clients will be taking possession of a home that is essentially move-in ready, with very little left to do. It’s always rewarding to see months of planning, hard work and attention to detail come together to create something special.

A huge thank you to all of our trades, suppliers and everyone involved in delivering another quality project.

We can’t wait to share the final professional photos after handover.
