In 1973 Gavan McIntyre began trading as G.J & D. L McIntyre & Son, and operated in the Yarra Valley until 2016. In these 43 years McIntyre & Son have built a reputation for supplying a high quality product, with great customer service. After the retirement of Gavan in 2016, the company was taken over by Glenn who continues this legacy of building high quality homes, providing excellent customer service & satisfaction as GA & PE McIntyre.
The business prides itself on the high rate of return customers, some of which have been doing so for over 35 years. Specializing in residential renovations, extensions, maintenance and new builds in the Yarra Valley, no job is too big or small we bring the same level of service to each and every client.
With a hands-on approach we strive to be involved with the customer from the concept stage all the way to hand-over with all aspects of the project handled and as hassle-free as possible no matter what is involved.
GA & PE McIntyre also holds a Commercial Builders registration and carries out works throughout the community on schools, hotels, medical clinics, wineries and restaurants. Our commercial clients also continue to approach us for ongoing work, which is a testament to the quality of our work, and the satisfaction of our customers.
