The following items are included in the price of our

homes in both the Persona and Opulence specifications:

•An attractive front elevation as standard (not a base price plus $3000 - $5000 for a basic elevation)

•A concrete pump for the slab
•A standard allowance for EPA requirements such as sediment control, crushed rock access point, temporary down pipes etc.
•A site skip (not a cage that lets the rubbish pollute the environment)
•A site toilet
•Allowance for a crane
•A Cadastral Surveyor to nominate the set out points for the slab
•A site drainage plan
•A standard 3.5 Star energy efficient rating (e.g. Insulation & wall wrap standard)
