Another custom fabrication job completed for Bengineering & Maintenance 🔧

What a week it’s been, From onsite breakdowns and repairs to in house fabrication jobs. Happy to get these done for the customer ready for spray season.

🔧 Another repair brought back to life today!!

This agricultural implement had suffered a major failure, with the original frame badly cracked and damaged from a previous repair.

The damaged section was cut back and rebuilt with new steel flat bar plug welded on the inside, reinforced and welded up to handle the job properly.

From damaged and ready to fail → strong and ready to get back to work. 💪

Another project recently completed for a local client, installing custom access walkways and structural piers to support site offices.

The job included fabrication and installation of galvanised steel support piers, handrails and heavy-duty mesh walkways, providing safe and practical access to the elevated offices while working with the existing site levels.

A great example of a project where we can design, fabricate and install a solution to suit the site.

Keeping the grain moving and downtime to a minimum 🌾🔧

Out and about helping a local piggery with some preventative maintenance on their main augers feeding two large grain silos.

We pulled the augers out, replaced the shear bolts and carried out the necessary checks to help keep everything running reliably.

While we were there, we also serviced the grain mills to help prevent unexpected breakdowns and minimise costly downtime.

A bit of preventative maintenance now can save a lot of headaches during a busy period!

🔧 Another farm machinery repair knocked over!

We were called out to repair a crack in the frame of this disc, which had started to let go around a high-stress area.

We cleaned everything back, repaired the damaged section and added a new heavy-duty reinforcement plate/gusset to strengthen the area and help prevent the crack from returning.

Another solid repair, getting the machine back in the paddock and ready to work! 🌾💪

Another custom fabrication job completed and ready for work! 💪🔧

Our customer wanted us to duplicate their existing John Deere header comb trailer dolly, so that’s exactly what we did. We carefully replicated the design, built it up strong and finished it in a durable black coating. ✅

It’s now ready to go to work for the upcoming 2026 grain harvest! 🌾🚜

🚜🔧 Emergency breakdown repair completed! 🔧🚜

Recently we travelled 40 minutes south-east of Loxton to get a customer’s self-propelled sprayer back in action after a ram cylinder mount failed.

The damaged mounting plates were completely removed and replaced with a much heavier-duty design to improve strength and durability. ✅

Another on-site agricultural repair completed with minimal downtime and the customer back up and running. 🌾👨‍🏭
