We have a depth of experience in Architecture, Project Management, Contract Administration, construction management, Heritage Restoration and WH&S compliance gained with 20 years’ experience in the building and construction industry. With local and interstate knowledge Bodel Projects has the networking capabilities to provide a team suitable to deliver small and large scale projects in metropolitan and remote locations. We are committed to reducing client risks by applying a structured, analytical and strategic approach to your projects which we trust will enhance the performance and delivery of our clients’ projects. Bodel Projects are able to structure the project deliverables according to client requirements and are able to adapt and compliment your existing project teams and project control groups. Bodel Projects is a member of the Australian Institute of Project Managers (AIPM) and the Master Builders Association of QLD. The MBA (QLD) and AIPM requires all members to maintain high levels of skills through requirements that promote continued professional development. Bodel Projects holds a full and unblemished QBCC Project Management and Open Builders licence. We have currency certificates of insurance for Professional Indemnity, Contractor insurance and Public Liability Insurance.
