BOILERMAKERS & WELDERS – PERMANENT WORK | MACKAY
Finesse Engineering Services is looking for experienced Boilermakers and Welders to join our workshop team in Mackay.
We’ve got plenty of work coming in and we’re looking for good tradesmen who want steady, long-term work with a local company.
What we offer:
Permanent full-time work
Fixed day or night shift – no rotating roster
12-hour shifts
Mackay-based – home every night

You’ll be working on heavy mining equipment, repairs and new builds. There’s plenty of variety, so you won’t be doing the same job every day.
We’re looking for people who know their trade, take pride in their work and understand the importance of safety, quality and getting the job done properly.
Boilermakers: Trade qualification and experience in heavy fabrication or mining equipment preferred.
Welders: Strong welding experience is essential. Trade qualification is not required if you have the right experience.
Forklift, OHC or HRW tickets are a bonus.
