Absolute Enterprises is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Cooling Division in Paget.

This is a hands-on, workshop-facing role responsible for inspecting, scoping, costing and quoting repairs on heavy mining and industrial cooling components.We are looking for someone with real technical understanding—ideally a radiator technician, mechanical tradesperson, or workshop supervisor—who can turn inspection findings into clear, accurate and commercially sound repair scopes.This is not a desk-only estimating role. You will work closely with customers and workshop teams to assess component condition, define repair requirements, and ensure fully scoped, approved work is handed over correctly.

WE'RE HIRING

Absolute Enterprises is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our team working across heavy mining and industrial component rebuilds, repairs and overhauls. This hands-on role is suited to someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works well in a fast-paced workshop environment, and understands the importance of turnaround time, precision and teamwork.

Absolute Enterprises is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our Paget workshop team.

This is a hands-on role working on the repair, rebuild and overhaul of heavy mining and fixed-plant components, including:

- Track frames and undercarriage components
- Head shafts and drive shafts
- Trunnion rollers and support rollers
- Crushers and crusher components
- Pulleys, bearing housings and rotating equipment
- Other heavy mining and wash plant components

The role would suit a fitter who is experienced in heavy component rebuilds, takes pride in precision workmanship and understands the importance of quality, accountability and turnaround time.

The new fitting shed is already making a huge difference and is being put to good use.

With the workshop currently full of D10 and D11 track frames, the extra space is giving our team the room they need to work safely and efficiently. The boys are working hard to keep each job moving and turn the track frames around for our clients as quickly as possible.
