“Due to the high demand of our services for both new equipment supply and install and our service repair services including call outs for road assist please note that our long standing commitment of every day 24/7 is unfortunately unsustainable due to the high demand of these services. We sincerely apologise if we cannot attend your needs but will do our best to assist or divert you to others who may be able to assist”.

Hello,
Mule Engineering Pty Ltd will be unable to maintain the level of commitment to the provision of services that we offer current,past and new customers.
This situation does not sit lightly with our team here at Mule but we just don’t have the labour available to meet the demand for both services and equipment supply.
We will do our best as we always do but please expect delays.
Management and staff sincerely apologise and will update changing circumstances as they unfold.

Just a little message to update you on our Summer opening Hours..
Monday - Friday now opening 7.00am - 3.00pm.

We are also closed for the Christmas Break from:
Thursday 22nd December - Back on Board Monday 9th January 2023.
Keep safe and have a wonder Christmas and look forward to seeing you all again in 2023.

Hello to all and here is a wee update from us as the end of the financial year approaches.
To say it’s been a tough year is an understatement yet we have survived a period of uncertainty that has been dominated by supply issues and a degree of opportunism by sectors of our industry and others that has impacted on costs and returns for all of us.
The patience and understanding of our peers,colleagues and in particular our customers has been outstanding and the impact of our inability to supply has not nor ever will be forgotten.
On a different note…one of the crew gave me a delicious treat today to perk me up from my battle with the man flu …yes it’s real and make no mistake it can be very debilitating even for a Mule like me and a mere male as some may say…
So the treat was a Wagon Wheel by Arnott’s…the 48gram one that is seared into my memory from younger days indulgence and when I explain to my younger crew how deliciously thick with jam and cream they once were I am met with disbelief…like so many other things that have changed over time.
Yes indeed……and the connection to what we at Mule Engineering Pty Ltd do and the Wagon Wheels?
We don’t change…I haven’t changed in the 43 years of doing tail lifts except for maybe taking things more personally but hey….your allowed to as you get older but of course I was told that by an older chap when I was young.
