A tip from our cabinetry partners: choose your hero first!

Here’s how our cabinetry partners at Taylor Made Joinery help Garron Homes clients create stunning kitchens:

STEP 1: Choose your hero feature

🪨 Feature bench top
🎨 Bold door colour
✨ Statement Splashback tile

STEP 2: Build everything else around it

“You really need to pick your hero that’s going to stand out in the room” - Taylor Made Joinery

WHY IT WORKS:

✅ Creates maximum visual impact
✅ Keeps budget focused
✅ Prevents design overwhelm
✅ Ensures cohesive look

Whether it’s a stunning marble bench top or a bold navy kitchen, one hero feature creates more impact than multiple competing elements!

Sharing some words from our lovely clients at Garron Homes ✨

“We loved the design process. We could bring our ideas to Garron, and they came back with a plan that was pretty much right first go. We wanted a home that worked for our family, with higher ceilings, a mudroom and a big walk-in pantry. The trades were really helpful and worked together seamlessly.”

A moment for the bathrooms.

Floor-to-ceiling tiles create a clean, seamless finish, while the long recessed shelf in the ensuite shower keeps everyday products organised without interrupting the design. The freestanding bath adds a relaxed focal point and makes the family bathroom feel that little bit more special.

Beautiful details, practical choices and spaces designed to be used every day.

A great home is never built by one business alone. 🤝

At Garron Homes, our long-standing partnerships with trusted local trades and suppliers help us deliver consistent quality at every stage of a build.

Our electricians, plumbers, brick layers, carpenters, cabinet makers and other partners understand how we work and the standards we expect. Many run their own Gippsland businesses, so their reputation is attached to every home just as much as ours.

These relationships mean smoother communication, better coordination, informed product advice and fewer surprises for our clients. Everyone involved knows the process and takes pride in getting the details right.

We don’t simply appoint contractors. We work with skilled local people who share our commitment to quality.

One of the questions we hear a lot is: do I need to upgrade my plumbing fixtures, or is the standard package good enough? 🤔

The honest answer? The standard package is genuinely good. Your Garron base plumbing inclusions come from Platinum Plumbing in Sale - category 1 and 2 products that are warranty-backed, well-made, and designed to suit a quality new build. If you went with the standard inclusions and never looked back, you’d have no reason to.

But sometimes a home is about more than function. Maybe you’ve seen a particular tapware finish you love. Maybe you want a statement mixer in the kitchen. Maybe you’ve been planning your bathroom aesthetic for years and you have a very specific product in mind. That’s where Platinum Plumbing’s showroom comes in.

Visiting the Sale showroom as part of your build journey means you get to see, touch, and compare options in person. The team there is focused on helping you make the right call for your home - not upselling you on things you don’t need.

So whether you stay with the base or choose to upgrade certain areas, you’re making an informed decision. And that’s exactly how it should be.

The details make the home.

Gold finishes, beautiful flooring and a warm, modern palette bring character to this goregous Gippsland home. Every finish was chosen to feel considered without making the home feel too precious for family life.
