Stage one done and dusted!

Wrapped up early works on this Kurri Kurri subdivision — retaining walls and bulk earthworks to get the site ready for build.

Nothing flashy here… but this is the stage that causes the most issues if it’s rushed or done wrong.

• Levels set correctly from the start
• Sleeper retaining walls installed to suit final design
• Drainage and falls considered early
• Access and working platforms established

We spend a lot of time on this phase because it directly impacts:

* slab prep
* drainage performance
* how smoothly the rest of the job runs

Most problems we see on sites come back to poor early-stage work.
