Valley Homes has 50 years building experience in the Hunter Valley. We specialise in homes, duplexes and multi unit developments.

Valley Homes has carried out major housing projects for the Commonwealth Department of Administrative Service, the Commonwealth Department of Housing and Construction, the Defence Housing Authority, the NSW Department of Housing. Valley Homes constructs around 150 dwellings per year for developers and home builders across Newcastle and the Hunter Valley. Valley Homes was the preferred NBN Telethon House sponsor and donated a house to the 1987, 1989 and 1993 Telethons (donations totaling $350,000) which helped raise millions of dollars. Valley Homes is proud of its reputation as a builder of quality dwellings in the Hunter. We pride ourselves on using local trades and suppliers who we have solid, long-standing relationships with. Before any concept plan gets drawn, there's a site assessment that shapes everything after it.

Our project manager walks through to assess the slope across the block, any easements that limit where we can build and how the site sits relative to the sun for orientation.

Get this stage right and the rest of the design follows naturally.

Before a single peg goes in the ground, there's a lot of work most people never see.

Our team is currently preparing the site at 111 Kahibah Road, Kahibah ahead of a 5-townhouse build for clients building their third project with us.
Between now and slab day there's a site survey, erosion control, services relocation and a final compaction test on the pad.

Getting it right here is what keeps the rest of the build on schedule.
We'll be following this one right through to handover.
