Congratulations to our June Award Winners!

Charter Champ – John Clouston
John is an integral part of the team and are a silent achiever. John gets in and does all the odd jobs that need doing, like washing drills, managing the service truck, and delivering collar pipe. He puts in a significant amount of effort and dedication into his work.

BSAFE2ZERO Hero – Michael Peacock
Michael always assists when we are short a leading hand on shift. He ensures the crew is set up and the shift runs efficiently and safely. An asset to the team.

Leadership Award – Sean Cullen
Thank you, Sean, for stepping up and keeping the site running during the recent shortfall. Sean has displayed good work ethic and dealt with situations very professionally. He has showed great leadership and work ethic while stepping in as site manager. He made a conscious effort to ensure all drill data and paperwork was correctly completed ready for daily reporting.

Charter Champ – Norman Makota
Norman was voted as Charter Champ by 4 of his peers – Norman demonstrates honesty, good ethical behaviour, and transparency in all of his actions. Norman is easy to work with, approachable and a very good team leader working in line with company values and has respect for all individuals. Well-focused on his job.

BSAFE2ZERO Hero – Kyden Matiu
Kyden is actively involved in ensuring safety within his grade control team. He helped his colleagues with the Comply One app and guided has guided them through the process of completing and submitting SAOs and inspections to help meet KPI targets. He also provided a refresher on completing safe starts.

Leadership Award – Ian Sydney
Leading by example, Ian safely assists with onsite tasks. He has assisted with securing star pickets and building the workshop dome. Ian ensures all tasks are completed with high standards.
