Why we do what we do 💪🏻 supporting the legends at TIACS to keep making a difference in a little-talked-about issue

Let’s talk about four reasons why someone might call and chat with a TIACS counselor.

1. You know someone else who’s in a bit of a pickle and you need some advice on how to support them.

2. You’re doing pretty well but keen to have a few tune up sessions.

3. You have no experience with a counseling service but you would like to find out about how it all works.

4. You’ve got a bit going on yourself and you need to speak to someone.

These legends are why Wes started HVACR Noticeboard. They are making a BIG change for people in his industry, and we are here for it! 💪🏻

Looking back to the days when Ed and I were still on the tools and TradeMutt was just a twinkle of an idea, if anyone had asked me if I ever imagined that I would be delivering a TEDxTalk, I would have said you were mad.

Well, fast forward five years and here it is.

The complete TradeMutt and TIACS story so far told from the famous red circle on the TEDxBrisbane stage. From our days on the tools talking s**t and experiencing a personal tragedy, to using that experience to create Australia’s most impactful workwear brand as well as one of Australia’s fastest growing free counselling services which supports the mental health of blue collar workers right across the country.

If you’re a fan of the work we do at TradeMutt and TIACS we’d love your help. Our aim is to have this talk featured on the TED website. There are three specific things you can do to help amplify our work to a global audience and positively impact lives.
