You have the choice of one of our pre-designed & priced floor plans, designing your own home with one of our experienced Draftsman or Architects, or bringing in an already completed plan for us to provide a price for you. All jobs are organised and planned from the beginning so you can be certain you will be getting your home on time, budget and with attention to detail taken care of. Quite often we here of people turning away from purchasing sloping land, as many believe building can be too expensive. We specialise in building on sites such as this and believe with the right planning and design no outcome is un achievable. Whether it be a split level home, highset or a design that requires retaining, we can organise & liase everything right through to completion. We currently work closely with a variety of Architects and Draftsman which depending on the Size and Detail of your project are at your service. 2025 has been a busy and very rewarding year for us at DJ Sommer Homes. We are grateful for our clients, suppliers and team for their ongoing support. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work we are looking forward to an equally busy year in 2026.
