Chainbuilt Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Manager to lead and oversee our construction projects. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with solid construction experience who can ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Your Role & Impact
You’ll be the driving force on-site—coordinating trades, managing daily operations, and ensuring smooth project ex*****on from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Monitor progress, manage quality control, and resolve site issues promptly.
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Sound knowledge of construction processes, safety, and compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
