🚨 PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT: If Cass, Cody, or Bruce from HMBT Mareeba see our number pop up on their phone... we're sorry. 😂
At this point, we're convinced they've got us saved as "What has the 60T done now?"🤦♂️📞
Our 60T and the HMBT workshop have developed a relationship stronger than most marriages. We're not saying the crane breaks down on purpose... but we're pretty sure it just likes visiting Mareeba. ❤️🔧
Fun fact: We're fairly certain the 60T now has its own designated parking spot at the HMBT workshop... and if it doesn't, Cass has probably already labelled one Reserved for “Cairns Crane Hire."🤣
Every time we call, Cass somehow works her magic to squeeze us into an already packed schedule, while Cody and Bruce roll up their sleeves, reshuffle the workshop, and get our crane back on the road.
We're honestly starting to think they know our 60T better than we do!
The best part? Cass and Bruce don't just fix cranes, they operate them too. They know exactly what our operators expect because they've been in the seat themselves. That real world experience is invaluable, and it shows in every repair they carry out.
In all seriousness, running a crane business isn't always smooth sailing. Breakdowns happen, and they never seem to happen at a convenient time. But having the entire HMBT Mareeba team in our corner makes all the difference.
Thank you for answering our calls (even when you probably saw our name and let out a little sigh 😅), for squeezing us in at the last minute, for dropping everything when we were in a bind, and for always finding a way to keep our fleet operating.
You don't just keep our cranes running. You keep our operators working, our customers happy, and our business moving.
Now... if someone could just convince the 60T that workshops are for scheduled servicing and not social catch ups with its mates at HMBT, we'd all get a lot more work done! 😂💛🏗️
