Oakley Pods OAKLEY PODS – adding rooms for more space. We have an affiliation with four major suppliers, to maintain a consistent supply of our materials.

OAKLEY PODS can be used for the following applications:

Student Den or Man Cave

Storage or Display areas
Kiosk or Meeting rooms

All of our Pods are constructed with 100% Australian materials. Our Tradesmen are fully qualified and experienced

, with a strong work ethic. Most of our "Bare Pods" can be erected within 2-3 weeks after Council Approval, because we use prefabricated materials, cut and delivered to exacting sizes, so there is minimal waste.

Can be used as a Granny flat, Tourist Accommodation or a Bachelor Pad. I can build this as a "Bare Pod" so that you can finish the internals yourself, or let me build it as a fully completed Pod, with Bathroom, Kitchenette, all Robes and Cabinets, Floor coverings... ready to move in.

Hi Pod People...!
I've been standing at Shopping Centres, talking to potential clients, they all seem very positive, but there is some hesitation caused by the complexity of how to calculate the costs to build my Pods, because there are so many "add-on" items.
I am certainly not trying to mislead my clients, but it is difficult to standardise specifications when there are so many different ways my Pods can be utilised.
To make things much simpler, I have chosen 8 different Pods, ranging in sizes, and suggested how each of these Pods can be fitted-out to meet specific requirements.
I am recalculating the costs to build these 8 different styles, and I should be in a position to reveal the finished costs by Friday 2nd June 2023.
My prices will show prices for a "BARE POD" (you finish the inside yourself) or a "COMPLETED POD"

Building Pods is a fresh innovation, and I'm excited about bringing my product to market that full-fills a genuine need.
