Ongoing shed / garage conversion into a 2 bed unit :
This was an easier conversion as the structure was timber frame and had a large footprint.
1st - enclose and weather proof adjacent lean-to for storage .
2 - frame up bedrooms and bathroom .
3 - install windows and external doors , reinstate external cladding.
4 - services (plumbing & electrical)
5 - install skylights and frame to ceiling
6 - plasterboard walls and ply line ceilings.

It was great to be involved in Sarah and Cris’s alfresco /patio project that added 20 m2 to their living space .

We participated in the planning, engineering and shire approval . Upon which we married in the new beam to existing eave and to bear the roof structure .
Good choice by Sarah to install 3 durable beehive polycarbonate roof sheets to diffuse the natiral light evenly .
Thank you to Ralph at Summerset Roofing for the roofing and gutter install .

Expertly finished by Cris’s recycled brick paving and retainers , not to mention Sarah’s sanding, staining and sealing of all Timbers .
Of course - many thanks to Yoshi for all his hard work on this one .
