Just made up my first ever custom "kit" for a Polaris Ranger EV Lithium battery conversion, for a client.
LFP batteries = 80kg, slot straight into the battery tray on one side of the EV.
Lead batteries = 350kg, hernia stuff to get them out.
Previously we only did conversions in-house, so this is a trial.
We have quite a few conversions on the track now, one nearly 10 years old still going.
