Paul Hurst began his carpentry apprenticeship in 1988 with a large building company. Once he gained his qualification he worked as a carpenter and supervisor on projects large and small, from large mine sites in the Gulf of Carpentaria to small maintenance jobs throughout the Adelaide Hills and Barossa regions. He then spent some time working with his father’s business designing, manufacturing and installing kitchens. When clients kept saying they wished the Hursts had been available for their entire project—not just the kitchen—Paul decided to start his own business. Since 2005, Hurst Constructions has strived to provide an environment where employees can reach their full potential and clients receive quality and value for their money.
