JENSEN FRAME AND TRUSS (JFAT). is an emerging LGS installation company offering a diverse range of installation services within the pre-fabricated light-gauge steel industry servicing industrial, residential and commercial properties.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Melbourne operational team are currently seeking experienced and competent qualified Carpenters with construction experience for ongoing project work servicing all around Melbourne. Candidates should demonstrate considerable experience in the following fields;

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

· Light-gauge steel installation experience (desirable)

· Timber framing experience (desirable)

· Report to site supervisors

· Ensure all equipment is maintained and operated as per guidelines.

· Identify, report and rectify hazards

· Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with the requirements of JFAT Regulations, keeping in mind all statutory regulations that are site specific

ABOUT YOU

· Construction white card (essential)

· Trade qualified carpenter

· Minimum of 2-3 years’ construction experience

· Ability to work positively and motivate a team

· Engage confidently with clients, subcontractors and supervision teams

· Work in a safe & timely manner to deliver projects

· Proactive and reliable

We are currently undergoing a period of growth and are seeking motivated, highly organised individuals with strong interpersonal skills to join our project delivery and support teams, with extensive learning opportunities and career development within our company.
