We’re expanding and looking for experienced operators to join our civil, infrastructure, and rail crews.
Excavator Operators – 2 Positions
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ excavator experience
• Telco or utilities project experience
• Pit and pipe installation experience
• Strong machine operation skills
• Pre-start and maintenance checks
• Ability to read plans and dial information
• Excavator operator licence/ticket
• Underground service locating ticket
• Valid HR licence
• Ability to drive manual vehicles
• Construction White Card
• First Aid & CPR certification
Heavy Rigid Truck Drivers – 2 Positions
Tandem tipper operations within active rail corridors, supporting live infrastructure projects.
Must have:
• Current RIW Card
• SWIRC (or willingness to obtain)
• White Card
• Minimum 2 years’ rail project experience
• Minimum 2 years’ HR tandem tipper driving
• Strong rail safety and compliance knowledge
• Valid HR licence
Preferred:
• Additional rail competencies
• Live rail environment experience
• Civil or earthworks background
• Flexibility for shutdowns and varied hours
