Let’s clear something up...

Insurance repairs are not quick fixes or band-aid solutions.

Imagine half your house being destroyed...

It sounds like a horror story… but for one family in Scoresby, it was real life.

A faulty electrical product caused a fire that damaged 50% of their home.
The family, including a son with special needs, was suddenly displaced and faced months of uncertainty.

We were assigned to rebuild and restore their home.

Our objectives
• Restore the home safely and thoroughly after severe fire damage
• Allow the family to return as quickly as possible, even if the rebuild was staged
• Deliver the project within insurance requirements, on time and on budget.

Our job was clear, but the challenges were significant.

Extensive fire damage, careful remediation to prevent long-term risks, and the need to stage works so the family could return home sooner rather than later.

By phasing the rebuild and keeping communication open every step of the way, we were able to rebuild their home on time, within budget, and with care.

Most importantly, we gave the family back their home, and peace of mind.
