And that’s a wrap for 2023……massive shout out to all my trades and suppliers who do a cracking job helping me build and thank you to the wonderful clients I’ve been lucky enough to work with in 2023.

Lucky enough to get out and spend a few days with the boys who are a massive part of the Amplify Team.

With some exciting projects already locked on for 2024, looking forward to another big year

And that’s a wrap on our 2nd full custom home at Mont Albert and what a great feeling to hand over the keys to my beautiful clients on there epic dream home. They had the pleasure of living in the first one while it hit the market and now they ready to enjoy their new home & can’t wait to see the final landscaping once it is all done

Great to tick off another few milestones on this custom build in Mont Albert - Plaster ✅…Stairs…Feature Concrete Bench ✅….now all ready for cabinets and then onto some painting and tiling and the getting so closer to the end and can’t wait to see this epic custom home come to life !

Scaffold down and now all locked up at Sandringham and loving the white colours and these James Hardie Linea weatherboards.

As always the Howell and Woods boys have done a cracking job getting this one all cladded and Benny and the boys at Coast to Coast smashed out all the metal roofing.

It is always a great feeling and milestone pulling down scaffold and revealing the external of a beautiful home plus getting started wit plaster internally

This custom home in Mont Albert looking magnificent with feature Krause brickwork, Colorbond Nailstrip and Axon cladding blending so well together

The custom ceiling height windows and doors inside also going to look fantastic once all finished

Well what a ride that was!!

Couldn’t be happier or more proud of this full custom home in Mont Albert. So thankful for some great people (TE & AE) in trusting me and letting me build there 2 Dream Homes.

We are one down and it’s going to be very exciting over the next few months watching there Dream Home next door come alive !

I couldn’t do it without an absolute ripping bunch of trades and suppliers I work with each and every day and thank you 🙏 to every one of you

Nothing like the adrenaline rush finishing off a project and our Mont Albert custom home is looking epic!!

Final finishing touches all ready for next week and this one is all ready to move into
