A Black Rock family had been putting up with it for too long, bedrooms too warm, living areas never quite right.
The fix? Two separate systems instead of one trying to do everything.
-Mitsubishi Electric upstairs for the bedrooms
-Braemar Dominator downstairs for the living areas

Both levels comfortable. Finally.
Oh, and that custom triangular return air grille fitted into the staircase? Favourite detail of the job.
